"Designing policy and programs for young people is becoming increasingly difficult, as the world has become more and more complex… young people are immersed in a rapidly changing social, digital and economic environment.

This makes it incredibly important for us to find ways and means to better integrate and elevate the voice and experience of young people, through things like co-design, co-facilitation and youth-led approaches… ultimately leading to better approaches and outcomes for young people. It falls to us to create space to listen to and empower young people in our work.”
