Infoxchange Service Seeker

Is Australia's most extensive electronic health, welfare, and community services directory.

Provides up-to-date information across a number of classifications including; aged, counselling, disability, drug and alcohol, education and training, employment, family, financial, health, housing, law, multicultural, recreation and youth.

Australian Red Cross

The Australian Red Cross helps people in tough times with emergency relief, community services, migration support, first aid training, and international aid. With over 20,000 volunteers, they are part of the world's largest humanitarian network.

Provides information for supporting communities, families and friends after a distressing event has happened.

St Vincent de Paul Society

The St Vincent de Paul Society, also known as Vinnies, helps people in immediate crisis across Australia with food, clothing, housing, and social justice advocacy. They support the most vulnerable in our communities and can provide referrals as needed to other helpful services.

Kids Helpline

The Kids Helpline is a free, private, and confidential 24/7 phone and online counselling service for young people aged 5 to 25 in Australia. Qualified counsellors are available anytime to help with an issue.

Parent Line

Parent Line services across Australia provide support and advice for parents and caregivers. This may include parenting advice, behaviour support, health guidance, access to resources like webinars and local services and more.
